Most of what we commission is systems work — the AI tooling, automation and data infrastructure the streams run on.
Work is scoped as a defined brief with a fixed deliverable rather than an open-ended retainer.
Briefs are written up front, with the standard, the constraints and the acceptance criteria stated before anything starts. Most engagements sit with one stream, though infrastructure work spans the portfolio.
