Structure
The group.
Scalestreams is the operating identity for a portfolio of digital brands, developing and scaling businesses across multiple sectors on infrastructure built in-house.
Each brand holds its own customer relationships, supplier arrangements and terms of business. Group-level functions cover strategy, technology, acquisition and finance.
The portfolio currently spans e-commerce, local advertising and digital assets, with further streams in development. It is not limited to those sectors by design.

Independent streams
No brand depends on another to trade. A problem in one does not propagate to the rest.
Owned infrastructure
Core tooling is built and maintained internally, so operating cost does not scale linearly with the number of brands.
Evidence over estimate
Valuation and pricing decisions are made against recorded market evidence.
Scale what earns it
Streams that find traction get pushed. Streams that don't are wound down or sold rather than carried.
